War Horse on Blu-Ray

I love finding a good movie that we can watch with the kids on family movie night at our house. Well recently we were sent a Blu-Ray copy of War Horse to review. This is a movie that not only will the kids enjoy watching, but you will as well. We had emotion coming from everyone while watching this movie, even my 3 year old yelled out a couple of times after seeing things that upset him, lol. True the majority of this movie takes place during a war, but you can share this with your kids due to the fact that there is not a whole bunch of blood and guts. The horse in this movie is unlike any other horse. He touches the lives of many, both of the human form and even the life of another horse during a time of war. The horse, who was taken from his mom whom he loved dearly, finds himself to find trust in humans and a builds relationship with the boy who raises him that is deeper than anyone could ever imagine. The horse goes off to war and on his journey during the war he finds himself on both sides of the lines as well as touching the lives of others also affected by the war. We all loved this movie and since watching this movie on Friday night during our family movie night, my son has watched it several times since and also finds himself wanting a horse of his own. War Horse is available now on Blu-Ray and DVD to bring home now and share with your family as well!
