When it comes to this time of year, I look forward to everything pumpkin, and with Halloween just around the corner, I find that creating fun and delicious desserts for those parties. which incorporate my love for pumpkin, makes it that much more fun! To help with those Halloween parties this year, I was sent some of the Litehouse Caramel along with a recipe for some Spiced Pumpkin Cupcakes!
The recipe is not only one that incorporates my love for pumpkin into it, but I like the ideas on the decorating too, so I can have a fun brain covered cupcake or one oozing with blood after being stabbed! I also found this recipe will come into handy for other gatherings this fall, making the caramel from Litehouse a must have for any kitchen this holiday season!
