Paris Birthday Party Made with Birthday Express

I find it hard to believe, but my daughter Estrella is 11 years old. It seems like it was just yesterday that I was staring at her, in awe of the baby I had just given birth to in a hospital room, that first night we had together. I learned so much over the years, I learned how to be a parent because of her, and in the process, I have enjoyed every moment, watching as my baby girl grows into the young lady she is today. Well aside from the fact that my baby girl is growing up, we have found that when it comes to planning those birthday parties for her, her tastes in what she wants and likes have changed from the days when having a Elmo themed party was a must for her to having a Paris themed party. So this year, to help with creating the Paris themed party that she wanted, we were given the chance to review some party products from Birthday Express.

As we began the process of planning this years party, we decided that having a sweets buffet with cake, cupcakes, tarts, cookies and candy was the way to go for her French themed party. We found a large selection of products from Birthday Express that fit into her theme, which not only included the tableware and decorations, but also included some of the items that we needed to bring the treat buffet together.

For the decor, we found the Paris Damask Plastic Tablecover, which had the Paris themed party supplies to coordinate as we shopped on the Birthday Express site. We also found some balloons, paper lanterns, as well as a great selection of tableware, that all helped to give that princess Paris look to the room! With the themed decor, we were able to not only get the plates, forks, cups and napkins for her guests to enjoy, but we also found the Paris Damask Balloon Bouquet to make for a great item. For the rest of the room, we hung the paper lanterns, and added a variety of colored balloons, to fill the room with.

When it came to finding the decor supplies for the table, we added a fun Paris Damask Centerpiece, and a Paris Damask Personalized Centerpiece, which both helped to give her table that look she was aiming for, and were also easy to put together! The personalized centerpiece was one that caught the attention of the guests, because it not only had a Paris theme to it, but everyone liked the pictures and the personalization that we had done when we ordered the piece.

For the cupcake tower that she had in mind when she decided to go with a sweets buffet, we found the Paris Damask Reversible Cupcake Wrappers which went great on the cupcakes we bought for the party. They not only added that look she wanted, but also coordinated well with the rest of the decor. Another thing that we added to the cupcake set up, were the Paris Damask Cupcake Boxes, which helped make for a great party favor, and were a item she sent each of her guests home with.

We were also able to add the DIY Diva Zebra Deluxe Cookie Favor Kit, making the cookies a item that was right up her alley with the zebra print and pink style, and also fit right into the sweets buffet we had going. Then aside from the party decor products and favors, we were also able to get a Black Zebra Gift Wrap Kit, and a gift for her with the Pillow Puff Designer Elephant Kit! Which in all, helped bring my daughter’s 11th birthday party together and make it a success by shopping and finding all of the products we needed this year under one roof when we shopped Birthday Express!

So as you prepare for any parties, whether it be that first birthday or even a sweet 16, be sure to head on over to Birthday Express, and check out the themes and kits they have available so you can bring your party ideas to life!

Product received, thank you to Birthday Express as well as the PR for supplying me with a product for this review, all opinions are my own.
