When it comes to finding books and encouraging my kids to read, I find that having the books on hand that interest them is ideal. Like many kids, mine love animals and science, and when it comes to finding the books that are age appropriate, as well as offer a selection of informative reading materials, I like that I can choose from the selection of books from National Geographic Kids. So when we were sent some of the National Geographic Kids books from the Super Readers line up, I was excited to share them with my kids.
With this selection, I can give my kids the books that are geared to not only educate them on the animals they love and the fun scientific facts that they enjoy seeking, but also the books that are geared at their various reading levels. Allowing me to have the books for my preschooler that are perfect for kids who are ready to read and who are starting to read to the books that my older kids can enjoy as well with the fluent reader selection.
Aside from the reading levels, I like that the books from the National Geographic Kids selection offer amazing color photos, fun facts, and even subject related jokes, which gives the kids a page turning book that they look forward to reading! I also like that the books offer ways to engage the kids in activities as well, where they can do experiments, and take part in the various challenges that are offered. Making the choice to add the books from the National Geographic Kids collection to your own collection at home, one that you and your kids are sure to appreciate!
