Like so many other little girls out there, my daughter adores the dolls and the characters from American Girl. The American Girl collection was a collection of dolls that I also adored as a little girl, and I love sharing that passion for the dolls with my own daughter. I love that with the American Girl dolls, they explore all different avenues, from the different personalities, different walks of life, cultures and also with the line of dolls that explores the different historical landmarks in our history. The Historical Characters from the American Girl line are amazing, from the dolls that represent different times and cultures, to the stories behind the times that these dolls represent. My daughter has fallen in love with the historical line and to add to her collection we were sent the new Caroline Abbott doll from the American Girl Historical Characters. Caroline is the 13th doll to be added to the historical characters line, and like the other dolls in the line, her story is not only one of a young girl, but of a young girl who lived during the Second War for Independence in 1812. My daughter loves reading the stories about the different dolls from the American Girl collection, which are all very inspirational and great books for young girls, but she also loves learning about our countries history that the books teach. They put the history surrounding the character in the view of what a young lady from the time would see it and be able to tell it. Caroline Abbott will be available on September 4th, which is only a few days away, to share with your girls and open their minds up to the history that made this country what it is today!
This was not a paid post and honest/original opinions were used and they are my own. Thank you to the company and/or pr agency who supplied the product for review.

I love that they have historical dolls that teach different cultures. How educational and fun at the same time!
My Amy likes the historical dolls the best, especially Kirsten.
