As we head out to embark on this years holiday shopping, I like to find those gifts that when the kids see them, will really put a smile on their faces. Having both boys and girls I find that when it comes to the gift giving, it can be like night and day. When it comes to my boys, they like the cars, dinosaurs and anything that makes a lot of noise. So it is no surprise that when it comes to finding gifts for my daughter, she is completely opposite on what she wants. My daughter is a very girly girl, and even though they can all agree on the video games they like to play, when it comes to the type of toys they play with, she prefers the dolls and dollhouses over a toy truck or dinosaur. To help with that holiday shopping list, we were sent the Florence Dollhouse from KidKraft to review this year.
My daughter is one who not only has a fascination when it comes to collecting various dolls, but for the past year, she has been on the search for a dollhouse, one that will be great for not only playing with when her friends are over, but also for when displaying some of her dolls. On her search for the perfect dollhouse, she came across the selection of dollhouses from KidKraft. She found that with the selection there, she can not only find that perfect dollhouse, but she can find one that is big enough to where she and her friends can all play together on with.
With the Florence Dollhouse from the KidKraft line, we found the detail in the designs on the wood, along with the pieces of furniture that come with this dollhouse, bring it a lot of character and also help it to stand out. I also like the staircase which goes from the first floor to the second. There are windows on the dollhouse, which help to make it so the dolls can be seen from various angles. With the rooms and its size, my daughter and her friends are sure to find a lot of playtimes and fun to be had with this dollhouse. From a parents view, I like that this wooden dollhouse is one that is parent friendly when putting it together, making the Florence Dollhouse a great must have item to add to those holiday lists this year!
