The countdown is on and that last minute shopping that many of us were putting off for is here. And like many, I will be heading out this weekend to catch the deals and find those perfect must have gifts for those on my list. So when I was sent a selection of gift ideas from International Playthings, I was not only excited to check them out, but also share them as a selection of great gift ideas to give this holiday season!
In my house, when it comes to my daughter, she loves collecting certain toys. So when we were sent the gift ideas from the Calico Critters line of toys, we were excited to add them to her collection as well as go out to find more of those adorable collectible animals to add to my shopping list. We found the Secret Island Playhouse along with the Seaside Merry-Go-Round, make for the perfect gift to give the kids who love the idea of summer and playing in warmer weather! They can take that idea of warmer weather into the realm of their imaginations as they take the Hopscotch Rabbit Grandparents along with other Calico Critters characters to a summer paradise!
Then for my boys who love to build things, we found the Isotta Discovery Car and Saxo Flute from the Quercetti line to be perfect for them! With the car, my kids can explore the inner workings of their race car. This is great for kids who are curious about how things work, allowing them to see the gears move and turn through the large clear pieces! Then with the Saxo Flute, the kids can build their own instrument that can then be used to play music with! Making these toys along with other toys you can find at your local Toys R Us, from International Playthings, a great selection of gifts to head out and get as you complete that last minute holiday shopping!
