K'NEX: Classic's That Are Here To Stay!

When it comes to my kids and creative play, they both love to build things. I think that building different things using either a manufacturers design or their own design, enhances their creative juices so to say! A item that both my husband and I remember and enjoyed building with was Lincoln Logs. I loved building my own cabins, towns and houses. As a kid I was constantly building then taking down to build something else the next day. My son is about to be four, and when my daughter was his age, I got her, her first set of Lincoln Logs, since then my daughter has continued to add to her collection so that she and her brother can expand their Lincoln Logs villages! Recently I was sent a great pack of several items from K’NEX to review. In this pack I saw that there was a set of Lincoln Logs, which I immediately knew would be the perfect first set of Lincoln Logs for my son here in a few weeks when he turns 4! I know that both of my kids will enjoy using them and adding them to my daughters collection, but since I will give them to my son, they will be extra special to him due to the fact that this set will be his! On top of the amazing Lincoln Log set, we were also sent another set which is also a perfect fit for my little man! We were sent a set from the Kid K’NEX collection, we were sent the Silly Monsters set! My son loves monsters and these Silly Monsters are perfect for getting those creative juices flowing in my little mans head by building his monsters and creating his own monsters as well!

Another great product from the K’NEX line, that my husband and I both remember and loved building with is the classic K’NEX! Most of us as kids remember these awesome sets that we could build, then take down and build something totally new all over again. Well my daughter is 8, and she is at that age where the Classic K’NEX make a perfect fit for getting her creative side going! For my daughter and my husband to play and create with, we were sent the 20th Anniversary K’NEX sets that include the Strike Force Bomber and the Classic Rally Sport Racer! These two sets are tons of fun, and they give my daughter and husband the chance to sit down and build with the K’NEX products together! I love that the products we loved as kids are still around and available for us to share with our kids!
