Kia Optima Hybrid

We all dread going to the gas station. It seems that we spend more and more every time. I know that with our budget in our home, we have had to limit our vehicle usage. We only have a certain amount put aside each week for gas and our beast eats that gas up like it is going out of style. I have driven some of these new hybrids that have been coming out and I am jealous. I am very jealous on how much money one can save by owning a hybrid. One hybrid that I have been curious about is the Kia Optima Hybrid. One thing that is very impressive is the starting price. Compared to others in the same market of hybrids, $27,000 is a very decent price. The Kia Optima Hybrid is also the leader in fuel economy. Now I was unable to test drive one of the Kia Optima Hybrid cars, but I did talk to my local Kia dealer. The price on the the hybrid is $10,000 more than the standard Kia Optima model, but the amount you will save on gas pays for your hybrid! People might talk about the fuel economy that they get in their car, but unless they are driving a hybrid, there really is not much of a economical saving. I have been very impressed with the hybrid cars that are being introduced to us, and I would love to see more of them out on the roads. The fuel emission that any other car puts out is sickening to what a hybrid puts out. It does make you think about what you are putting out every time you get in your car. I know personally, I only drive our beast on a as needed basis. I know that our vehicle is a guzzler and polluter, but eventually I hope to own a hybrid so that we can eliminate the emissions we use in our car!
