When preparing for baby, the list can seem like a endless one, filled with so many items that are needed to have in place for when baby arrives. I find that after having 3 of my own babies, that I am a little more familiar with what items are needed to have in place to not only use for the care of baby, but also for babies safety. To help when it comes to the safety of the new baby, we were sent the D-Link to review and use for baby.
With this baby camera, we can view baby from any of our compatible devices, when we utilize the free, mydlink Baby app. The app can not only be viewed from anywhere so we can monitor baby when a sitter is at the house, but we get instant notifications when noise or motion is detected. This camera is very easy to set up, and once the app is downloaded, we can access the camera from our iPhones, iPad, or Android devices just by following the steps to set it up.
Using the app, we can take photos and video, to capture those moments as baby sleeps without waking them up. I also like the night vision feature, which allows us to monitor baby with the infrared LED lights that turn on automatically and provide up to 16 feet of visibility in the dark. Another great feature includes the Pinch Zoom, where we can zoom in on video so we can see things in greater detail.
Then with the 2 way audio with the Push to Talk, we can speak to baby and soothe them as well as listen. We can also soothe baby using the 5 lullabies! With all of these features, plus the fact that we can get all of this for under $100, I find that the D-Link Wi-Fi Baby Camera to be a great product to add to those lists of must have products when preparing for baby!
