In the past month or so, the weather has changed, here in Texas, we went from the cold and frigid winter weather to the warmer weather of spring. Although I do appreciate the warmer weather, where I live in the Texas Panhandle. we get a lot of wind. And when I say a lot I mean a lot! Aside from all of the pollen that gets swept up in the wind, we also have the dirt. In the past week we have had some pretty bad dust storms, ones that have been compared to the Great Dust Bowl.

When we go outside, not only can we not see the houses just across the street, but all you can smell is dirt, and you can even taste the dirt in your mouth, making the quality of breathable air very poor, making it seem like a blizzard of dirt.
