When it comes to hydrating after a workout or for the kids after a game, I find that I like to seek out the drinks that not only hydrate but that offer flavors we can enjoy. I also find that for myself and even my teen, when we go to seek out those sports drinks to pack in the gym bag, we like to look for ones that are in low calories and that do not have a lot of sugar. So when we were given the chance to try all 4 flavors from the BODYARMOR LYTE selection of sports drinks that we enjoy from the BODYARMOR line, we were excited to try them out and learn more about the drinks.
The first thing that stood out for both myself and my teen was the fact that there are only 20 calories per serving when it comes to the BODYARMOR LYTE drinks. We then noticed, after looking over the label, that the drinks are naturally sweetened and have all of the same nutrients that are found in the BODYARMOR drinks that my sons enjoy after practice or a game. Containing coconut water, electrolytes, and vitamins.
Then when it comes to the flavors, we were able to try all four flavors that are available from the BODYARMOR LYTE selection. These flavors include Peach Mango, Cherry Berry, Blueberry Pom, and Orange Citrus, and give us not only a variety to choose from, but a selection that are unlike other sports drinks we have tried in the past. Allowing us to enjoy a sports drink line that has exactly what we want when it comes to flavor and the hydration we seek, minus the extra sugars and calories we do not want. I also like that we can keep our selection of BODYARMOR LYTE drinks stocked up and ready to grab as we head out the door because we can pick them up at the same stores we get the BODYARMOR drinks others in my house enjoy when we head to our local Albertsons, Safeway, Fred Meyer or QFC stores!
