Spring will be here in just a few short days and for me, when I think of Spring, I think of the beautiful weather that is to come. I also think of the fact that Summer is just a few short months away, and that is something that I not only look forward to, but my kids do as well. When Summer comes to mind, I think of playing in the sun and swimming in the water, and also of all of the fruits that we love to eat over the summer and the amazing smells like coconut!
