As a parent I’m always looking for high quality educational toys for my kids. I love finding things that will stimulate their development. Something that will spark baby’s creativity and wonder. Your child’s mind is a sponge that absorbs so much about the world around them in those important first years. So when I recently had a chance to  try out the Dolce Spring Calf Plush, I jumped at the opportunity and was happy to see that it makes for a great baby’s first toy.

Because babies learn so much through their sense of touch, this particular toy exposes them to many different textures. There are multiple soft fabrics such as knit, waffle, and velvet. This makes it a sensory delight for my little one. Bright colors and patterns and with a mirror are sure to catch your child’s eye. If you move it slowly in front of your baby she will track it with her eyes. This fun animal friend also has some rattling beads, his ears crinkle and if you squeeze his bright blue nose it squeaks.

My three month old mostly loves to try and put it in her mouth, but as she matures the Dolce Spring Calf will give her hours of fun. It always makes her smile. It comes with a vibrant orange plastic ring so that you can attach it to the handle of baby’s car seat or dangle it from the top of the your activity mat. The Dolce Spring Calf has two teething options for your baby as those pesky teeth start to come in. It is sturdy so it will stand the test of time. This toy is for newborns and up. It is well made with embroidery, ribbons, and great attention to detail. This is a perfect toy for any baby and will spark their imagination!
