As the holiday shopping begins and we start looking for those perfect gifts that will be memorable, I find that I enjoy giving a variety of gifts. Recently I was given the chance to experience a gift from the Cloud 9 Living selection when I went on a Gourmet Seattle Food and Cocktail Tour!
With the tour we not only met some amazing people who were enjoying the tour alongside with us, but we found our tour guide was very knowledgeable and knew the right places to take us to as well as show us along the way. See, the Gourmet Seattle Food and Cocktail Tour is one that takes you on a tour to some of the most amazing gems when it comes to the foods that can be found in Seattle.
The foods that we were able to try varied from delicious seafood dishes, to the tasting of truffle oils and spreads, pizza and even some delicious gelato! Then with each of the dishes, we were able to pair them with wines that offered the perfect balance of flavor to compliment the foods we were eating, and end the tour with some mouth watering gelato and a cup of coffee that went along side some of Seattle’s finest!
We found that this was a great way to experience our city in a whole new way, and we were introduced to those gems that offer amazing menus and that are definitely on the list of favorites. We were also given info on chefs in the area and random facts of the parts of town we were exploring, which I felt made the experience that much more memorable. Making the Food and Wine along with the many other experiences you can find from a variety of places around the country, gifts that are the gift of a memorable experience when you shop Cloud 9 Living!
