It seems that there are always events that we are planning or attending, from the school functions, to sports and birthday parties. With my husband, he is president of an amazing club at our local college. His club raises money each school year to assist foster children who age out of the system and are heading to college. They provide hope chests for these kids, with items that a parent might get their kids for their first apartment or dorm. Once a month they set up fundraisers, and there are also events that he has to set up for at the college and around the community. Well, each time they have to set up a stand for any event, the club ends up making a handmade banner to attract attention, but living in the Texas Panhandle, we get a lot of wind, so after a couple of hours outside, the banners end up getting torn and are not legible, which is not good when they are trying to attract attention. Recently I was given the chance to create and review a personalized banner from Shindigz. We have used Shindigz in the past for party supplies and such, but I had never thought about going there to create a banner for my husband’s club. When I went on to start the process, I found the set up to be very simple to follow. I mean, I picked my size, then the design, even uploaded the clubs logo, then added in the wording, and bam, we had a custom banner! Once the order was placed, it took about a week to create then ship, so when it arrived it came just in time for the next meeting that my husband held with the club. We were very pleased with the end product. I mean, it truly exceeded our expectations, and with the crisp colors and wording, they are sure to stand out at the next club fair. Also, since the banner is made from vinyl, it is sure to last quite a bit longer than the paper ones and it stands out a whole lot more than the old banners they used. Another huge plus is, say if they want to draw even more attention, they can easily go on and order as many banners as they want, and not use up a whole lot of the clubs money in the process!
