Get Dad A Slumberjack Cot This Year (Fathers Day Guide)

We are a family who loves to be outdoors, and with the warmer weather here, and hopefully here to stay for a little while, we are taking full advantage of the being outdoors. One of our favorite activities to do as a family is camp, and last year, due to the circumstances of my pregnancy, we did not get to do a whole lot of camping, or at least I did not get to. So this year, we have decided that with the warm weekends here, we will be making plans to take the kids, even the baby, out camping and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible! As much as we love to camp, I know that one of the things that my husband does dread is sleeping on the hard ground. He enjoys all of the activities and the fresh air that we endure while we are out camping, but when the night time comes around, my husband seems to miss out on the sleep when we go camping. I know that a lot of it has to do with the fact that we are not as young as we once were, where we could easily get up and down off of the ground, and where we were not as sensitive to the hard ground as we are now. With those facts in mind, the kids and I decided that this year for Fathers Day, since we will be heading out to camp, that my husband deserves a nice cot to sleep on! This cot is perfect for my husband, who is a big and tall man, and since this cot is made to hold up to 325 pounds and since it has its own internal pad, I know my husband will be able to sleep very comfortably at night when we go camping!

Aside from the size and the fact that it is a very comfortable cot, I really like that when it arrived, I noticed that it was no too heavy, so when we hike into our favorite campsites, my husband will be able to carry his cot in without any issues! My husband will appreciate the easy ensemble as well as the aluminum frame that does not squeak when he moves around. In all, I know that the Slumberjack Big Lux Cot will make for a great Fathers Day gift for my husband as well as any other outdoorsman out there this year!
