Finding Relief Naturally with the MELT Method

As the years have gone
on by, and I have had kids, I look back and see that I am not as small as I
once was, years ago, before I had kids. I know that I am not as active as I was
in my early 20’s, when I had a metabolism where I could eat what I wanted, when
I wanted, work out without having any pains, and keep a very nice, ideal size.
Those years were carefree, I could go out with friends, shop like it was no bodies
business, and eat all of the cake and chocolate I wanted.

When I had my first
baby, I was able to get back to a size I was happy with after having her. I
also seemed to have that metabolism that I had pre-pregnancy, so I did not see
a need to change my eating habits. It was not until we had our second child,
did I see the weight I had gained, make a permanent residence on my body.

I had been on bed rest
for the majority of the pregnancy, I ate and ate and did not have any exercise
to try to balance things out, and with that extra weight along with being
pregnant, I developed back issues. The pain in my back did not go away either.
I kept most of the weight on, and it became a chronic pain, where walking
around, put a strain on my back.

This back pain not only
caused issues when I would walk around, but also when I would sleep, causing me
to toss and turn. I seemed to just accept that pain, as it became a part of my
everyday
life. Where my day would
consist of taking some over the counter pain relievers so I could stay on my
feet and tolerate the issue at hand. Then I had our third child, where once
again, I found myself on bed rest.

I found that due to my
experience with our middle child, I watched more of what I ate, and I did not
gain as much during the pregnancy, but regardless, I had extra strain on my
already pained back. With the bed rest, also came the discomfort that not only
affected my back but the rest of my body, including my knees, making being
pregnant, not very fun. I learned shortly after having our third child that the
extra strain along with limited activity, caused my chronic back pain to go to
a whole new level, and it was then when I realized I did not, and would not
continue to just live with it. So to make things better for me, I decided to
seek out ways to get natural pain relief

The first step to help
ease the pains was to lose weight. It was frustrating, because that once
amazing metabolism I had was gone, and the weight was coming off very slowly,
but I knew that if I wanted to change things, the weight had to start coming
off. I am still working on getting that weight off, and I have found that even
the smallest slack, can cause me to take some big steps back.

This has been a long
process, and is not an easy one, and in my journey to not only lose weight but
also find a way to eliminate the pain from the strain in my back and knees,
naturally, I have come across a method called the MELT Method.

With a MELT
Method roller
, I can find ways to get
lower
back pain relief
, naturally. This method
is one that when followed, can help with bringing balance back into my body and
reduce stress on areas where chronic pain exists. Helping so I can gain more
awareness when it comes to my own body, and help so I can get that energy back!
The MELT Method is one that I am looking into and one that I will recommend to
others who also find themselves dealing with chronic pain, who want to find a natural
way to relieve that pain!

I also like using natural methods to help me with back pain, and the Melt method roller sounds like a great way to help me get the relief I need. I will have to take a look at the site!

I love how MELT can help with flexibility & mobility, posture, the results of exercise, range of motion, sleep & digestion, and overall well-being. Sounds incredible.

This is the first time I'm hearing of MELT. I had a hard time losing the baby weight also.
