As like many households, we have bread on hand, as a staple item, so that it can be used as a breakfast item for toast, or for lunch and dinner sandwiches as well. Aside from always having bread on hand, when it comes to the bread I use, I like to find bread that offers great nutritional values to my family. I look for the grains used, the amount of fiber offered, along with the protein, and most of all the taste. So when I was sent some of the Dave’s Killer Bread to review from Green Mom’s Meet, both myself and my family, were excited to give it a try.
I first found the variety of breads to choose from to be a great selection, so we could have bread to suit the different tastes along to go with the different sandwiches or toasts that we might use the bread for. We found that with the Fall season upon us, and the cooler weather making its way, that this time of year is great for soups and grilled sandwiches.
With that said, we decided to make some homemade tomato soup with some grilled turkey and cheese sandwiches. We all loved the ease of grilling the bread, and of course, the taste that it delivered with each bite. Then from a moms perspective when it comes to the nutritional value, I liked that breads are organic, and offer my family bread selections that are filled with fiber, protein and amazing taste, making the Dave’s Killer Bread a great choice for my family!
So if you are a parent, and like having products on hand that are both organic and offer some amazing nutritional values when it comes to the foods you serve your family, be sure to check out the variety of products you can find from Dave’s Killer Bread!
