Where will your kids be going to school this year?

Like many other parents out there , we are rushing to get everything ready for the upcoming school year. From making sure we have all the school supplies and clothes needed to getting registered for school. So where will your kids be going? Are you homeschooling , sending them to a private school or are they going to public school? Is the choice you have made the right one? Did you research and do your homework on the school you have chosen for your kids? These are all questions parents ask themselves when preparing to send their kids off to school , whether this is the first year or the Senior year. I went to this site called Great Schools and did some research of my own. There you can enter the name of your city or town and get a list of schools and their stats and ratings. Not only can you get the information you need on public schools but they also have all of the private schools in your area as well. If you want to look up the stats on last years test scores and see where the different schools rank you can do that there as well. Another feature I found to be very helpful if needed is they also have listings for preschools as well. Not only do they offer the stats and info on the schools you are looking for but there are other school related resources there as well. You can get a basic back to school supply list , be up to date on all of the new gadgets that you might need for your kids and also read reviews on these products. They also have tips on how to create healthy habits for your kids while they are in school , like creating healthy eating habits and tips on how to help your child get a good nights sleep. Head on over to http://www.greatschools.org/ today so you can be ready as well.

Visiting you via Spotlight Saturday. Following you now! Would love a follow back.By the by, given budget cutbacks and teacher's salary cuts, speaking as a teacher, if your kids' teachers ask for classroom supply donations, please contribute. More than likely the teacher will be paying for classroom supplies out of pocket this year–even moreso than last year! Many schools will not have supply money available until MAYBE January. Please help out your teachers!www.zibelineknits.blogspot.com
