Home For The Holidays: Dance Star Mickey Review

Mickey Mouse is in the house. Or to be more specific, in our house!! My son loves Mickey Mouse. Just about every morning we have to watch The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse! The first time my son saw the commercial for Dance Star Mickey, he went nuts. He began jumping up and down yelling “Mickey Mouse!” and pointing at the TV so that we would know what he was excited about. I have to admit, after watching the commercial for Dance Star Mickey, I was excited about it too! So when we were given a Dance Star Mickey Mouse Doll to review, I knew this was just something that would be a instant hit in our house. Man, was I on the money with that one. When the package arrived, I had just opened a corner of the box, barely showing the tip of his ear, when my son immediately recognized Mickey! He about lost it, he ran over and began to assist me with opening the package, since I seemed to be taking too long for his liking. As soon as the box was opened to where he could get Mickey out, he got him! I had to hurry and get the Dance Star Mickey out of the packaging he comes in so my son would calm down. Once we got Mickey free, my son took him to his room and started interacting with Mickey! He watched and danced with Mickey for the rest of the day and insisted that Mickey sleep on his side table next to him. First thing the next morning, I heard my son up and dancing with his new best friend! Since he received the Dance Star Mickey, Mickey has gone with him pretty much everywhere and is now sleeping in the bed with him! Dance Star Mickey is a very neat toy! The moves that Mickey has is unlike any other dancing toy similar to this on the market. I can so see Dance Star Mickey being one of those ‘Got To Have It’ toys this holiday season. So my advice to you, go out and get one now before the holiday craze hits, because this is one grooving mouse!!
