Just like when I was little, my own daughter loves Strawberry Shortcake. I love that I can share the love for the adorable character of Strawberry Shortcake with my daughter. Even though the characters have changed their style since I was little, the concept and the actions of the characters are still there and are still very lovable. My daughter loves Strawberry Shortcake and all of her friends. So when I was given the Strawberry Shortcake Puttin’ On The Glitz DVD to review with my daughter for my readers, my daughter was very excited to review this movie!! As always Strawberry Shortcake and her friends can entertain little ones while teaching important lessons that kids may not know they pick up, but as parents we can see!!
Fabulous new fashions, sparkling musical ‘Glamicures’ and delightful new ‘Dos’ have Strawberry and her friends ‘Puttin’ on the Glitz’! But all that dazzles quickly unravels with a misunderstanding until the girls find creative and kind ways to be honest with their feelings and with their friends. It’s heart-to-heart makeover magic as the girls learn that nothing looks as beautiful as friendship feels!
