We are enjoying our summer days, from the early mornings to the late evenings and everything in between. When it comes to summer there are certain things that I can remember enjoying as a kid, and I love to continue those traditions with my kids. One thing, that I think most can relate to when they think of summer is ice cream. From the sound of that ice cream truck playing its music while driving through the neighborhood, to those days when mom brings out some ice cream for all of the kids to enjoy while they play outside. Recently I was able to not only share some ice cream with my daughter, her friends and their moms, but thanks to Mom Select and Cadbury, we were able to have a fun tea party with ice cream! To make this a party for the girls and the moms to remember, we were sent a very adorable tea set for the girls to have their tea with and some very fun hats for each of the girls to wear while they had their tea party. Oh and lets not forget, to top of the tea party, we were also sent am assortment of the new Cadbury Ice Cream Bars as to complete our Cadbury Ice Cream Bars High Tea Party!
To get our party started, we asked that the girls come dressed up if they would like with some of their play jewelry and dresses for a tea party. Then as the girls arrived, we handed them each a very fun hat that was perfect for this party, as well as a cup of tea. We had some crackers and chips as well for the girls to snack on while they socialized. Then it was time to hand each of girls and their moms a Cadbury Ice Cream Bar! The bars were a hit as was the rest of the party. Everyone enjoyed themselves and when we asked what they thought of the Cadbury Ice Cream Bars, it was a hands down. Everyone agreed that the Cadbury Ice Cream Bars were a perfect addition to this great tea party!

Traditions are great, and you can't go wrong with ice cream. I just wouldn't have thought about it with dressing up and a tea party. Perfect idea for girls. I bet they had lots of fun and you got lots of photos. After the party, maybe you should have another ice cream treat just with your daughter and share in some fond memories. Sherry Compton
