Having a family, there comes a lot of planning each and every day. From the busy schedules that we keep, syncing them so that everyone can get to their events, and so on, to the chores and meals. For me, I know that when it gets busy around our house, there are plenty of times when I look at the time on the clock and realize that I have not started dinner nor do I have any idea on what I will be serving my family. This usually either ends up with me scouring through the pantry and freezer, then running to the store and getting those quick frozen dinner options, or running for takeout, which with any of the options, is not a thought out option and probably not as balanced or as healthy as I would like. I also know, that I am not the only one out there who does this either. I mean, I might tell myself that on Sunday, I will sit and create a menu for the week, but it rarely gets completed. Another thing is, when I do the last minute takeout or running to the store, I tend to over buy, then food either gets thrown out or put in the fridge, then never eaten and eventually thrown out anyways, wasting my families money. This is a ordeal that goes on everyday in homes all over the place, and with the economy the way it is, wasting food and money is something that none of us can really afford to do. Well recently I was introduced to a site that has proven to change things up in my household. For the past couple of weeks since I first started using the site, I have not only had a menu plan for every meal in my house put in place everyday, but I have noticed a saving in money being spent on groceries and less waste in food as well! The site is called eMeals, and it has truly been a blessing for me and I also like knowing that it is the market leader in online meal planning solutions for consumers.

I mean, even with the with busy schedules we have during the week in my house, I can get complete meals cooked for my family, that are fast and easy to prepare and are also well balanced. I also really appreciate that I get a shopping list every week. So as I head to the grocery store, eMeals knows what stores I shop at and has found the deals ahead of time on the foods for my list, saving me time on the deal hunting, and money! To get started, I printed off my eMeals menu along with the shopping list. The eMeals program set it up for me to find the best deals on my groceries by shopping at my local Walmart. To give you an idea on the meals that they have, you first choose your families likes along with any diet restrictions, from low fat low carb diets to gluten free organic or vegan. For my family, we are pretty basic and when I saw that menu, I right away knew that this would be very suiting for them. A meal that I put together from our dinner menu was Hamburger Steaks, which had 2 sides to go with it. The total time to prepare this meal for my family was about 30 minutes, and the cost for the ingredients was about $14.

I can really appreciate the fact that when we use eMeals for our menu planning and grocery shopping, in one year, the service that eMeals provides can save us about $1000! For me, that is music to my ears! Well if you are like me and you are tired of wasting money on wasted food or those over priced take out foods that are not such a healthy option for yourself and your family, then head on over to eMeals today and start saving money! To help get you started, the wonderful people from eMeals would like to offer my readers a coupon code that will give you 35% off! Use the code Cyber35 and start saving your family money today!

This sounds great! I'm tired of being my family junk food from time to time, so I'd love more healthy options.

This is an amazing concept! I don't plan a menu, but just buy what is on sale. In the end, nobody likes leftovers, so I am always having them. This is a great way to have the best of both worlds – a planned menu and the sales!!! wow!

I have a hard time with meal planning. This website sounds great. I love that it will find the deals ahead of time on the foods from your list.
