#Giveaway Natural Remedies with Essential Oils from doTERRA

Growing up, I was raised by what some might call, “hippies”. My parents were and still are amazing people, and one thing I learned from them, was how to find natural remedies when it comes to what might be ailing me. One thing we had in the home, to enhance moods, the energy in our home, help with ailments, like allergies, cramping and other issues was essential oils. So seeing that more and more people are using those same essential oils in their homes as a way of living, is very inspiring.

Recently I was sent a little kit with some of the oils I not only grew up with in my home, but also oils I use in my own home for enhancing moods, cleaning with, and using as a remedy. As many know, when it comes to lavender, there are many uses, one of which is to help with calming, and as my own mom did with me, I like to rub a little lavender oil behind my ears, and my kids ears at bed time, even make a lavender and water mixture in a bottle, with just a few drops of oil, to spray our bedding with to help everyone get to sleep.

With lemon oil, I learned that just a little on my wrists and even behind the ears, helps with morning sickness or any kind of nausea. It can also come in handy when making your own cleaning solutions for the home, leaving your home smelling fresh and clean! Then when it comes to peppermint oil, I like to put some in a burner during the holidays and also add some to homemade potpourri with some pine cones over the holiday season. It is also great to use when having menstrual cramps, relieving some of the pain, along with relieving nausea, in a natural way! Making this kit, along with the other great oils from doTERRA essential for any home!

Well to help with enhancing the moods in your home, as well as having some great, simple remedies on hand, the wonderful rep who sent the trial set to me would like to send a set to one of my readers!
