Having kids, we as parents want to find ways to keep their curious minds going. We look for games and activities that help to encourage their imaginations using the technology we have available as well as help to improve their skills. So when we were introduced to the Safari Tales App, I knew that it would be an app that my kids could have a lot of fun with and encourage them to unleash their creativity!
With the Safari Tales App, you get an app that takes the kids into the world of imagination where the kids can not only create and explore with the animals that are in the app, but take it to a whole new level by creating their own stories. In fact, with the Safari Tales, the kids can interact in a game setting, allowing them to engage in the game play, then turn that playtime into a digital story book that the whole family can read and enjoy together!
Unlike other games that my kids have played, as a parent, I can really appreciate that this game engages the children, in a creative game play that encourages my children to explore their reading and vocabulary skills, while also making them the story tellers while they are playing! They can explore the jungle, customize their animals, and even learn about the animals as well by asking questions from a friendly meerkat, play games then at the end of their game, see their story come alive! Which keeps them engaged as they venture out with the animals that are in the game.
Then when it comes to the parental controls, there is a icon at the top called the Parent Corner. On the Parent Corner, we can go in and set the reading age for our kids, set the play time limits, and even create a pin access so the kids can not get on without having a parents permission if need be. Making the Safari Tales App a great app to have for the kids to not only let their creativity soar but to do it and share the adventures they create with the entire family!
