As we sit here in Minnesota, a foot of snow on the ground outside and the extra cold temps of the polar vortex hopefully behind us, we’re looking for ways to keep warm! Not necessarily the physical, of course, since we long ago locked in the best furnace and snow removal services the Cities have to offer, but mental warmth is what we need! What better time to turn our thoughts to Valentine’s Day – an instant warm-up for the soul!
Now I have to admit that Valentine’s Day for the kids at school seems less fun than it did when I was a kid. Seriously, how are we gonna get by without the iconic ‘Conversation Hearts’ to LUV U? And getting a bag full of pencils and stickers just doesn’t seem as exciting as the candy-filled ones of my youth (allergies are seriously scary though, I get it, but I don’t have to LUV it!). But one thing that does get better every year is the amazing flower arrangement that my darling husband sends for this special day.
Just like trusting that the snow angels are going to dig out the driveway before the morning commute, you’ve gotta be sure that the flowers you send on Valentine’s Day are going to stir the heart of your beloved. My husband is always confident that the flower arrangments he sends from Teleflora are going to be perfect, and this year was no different. The line up of this year’s Valentine’s Day bouquets is flawless, and there is a style and size option that fits every taste and budget. We got a preview of the new Happy Harmony Bouquet and it was such a cheerful addition to our table! The arrangement of roses, alstroemeria, carnations, and chrysanthemums was just gorgeous and the sprinkling of red and silver hearts made the cube-style vase really live up to its “Happy Harmony” name.
I also love that Teleflora arrangements are always made by hand and hand-delivered to your door by a local florist so they are always super fresh and as perfect as can be (here’s a shout out to Hermes Floral in St. Paul – thanks for taking such care while delivering our flowers in record low temps!). A week after receiving them, the flowers are still beautiful and fragrant with just regular watering. You still have time to order a gorgeous Teleflora arrangement for your loved one for Valentine’s DAy (or even for yourself! Did you know 15% of women buy Valentine’s Day flowers for themselves? If you want something done right, sometimes you just gotta do it yourself, amirite?!)
Product received. Thanks to Teleflora and PR for sending us the product. All opinions are our own.
Those are so beautiful. I love all the nice arrangements they have to choose from.
