From the moment we find out that we are expecting a new member to the family to that first moment when we finally get to meet and hold our precious babies, we find that there is so much to prepare for. This includes setting up those registries for our baby showers, ensuring we have all the gear, clothing, and Pampers Swaddlers needed to help us get started on our journey into parenthood. Like many parents, I learned that when I had my first child, that my registry did not include everything that I needed. I also found out, shortly after having my baby, that when it came to the diapers I chose, I did not choose the sizes that I would later need. So when I learned that I was not alone when it comes to those first time registries and that I can turn to the Pampers site to ensure I have everything needed when it comes to the registry checklist, I felt relief and also found that it was great information to share with our readers as well.
See, I recently found out that when it comes to those registries, that 9 in 10 moms wish they had included more diapers in their registry and that 40% of moms, which include myself, did not include enough diapers of different sizes. For me, I was faced with the reality that I had way too many of the Pampers Swaddlers Newborn size diapers, after finding that at just 2 weeks old, my baby had outgrown the newborn size. I was then faced with the reality once again when the size 1, only lasted another month or so before we were in size 2. Which is something that I was not told about or warned about when it came to preparing for my first born, and left me with plenty of the newborn and size 1 diapers that were unused, and having to purchase a lot more of the size 2 diapers. But as a mom, I have taken that first experience and learned from the mix up when it came to the diapers needed, so that when I had more babies, I was more prepared.
Which is why, when I meet new and expecting parents, I like that I can encourage them to utilize the Pampers site. There they can find that there are so many tools available which includes the baby shower registry checklist. Where parents can go down the list, ensuring that they include both the basic necessities and the extras they might want for the nursery and more. And I like that with the Pampers Baby Shower Registry Checklist, it is simple to use, by first signing up then going over the checklist. Making the choice to add Pampers as your go to when preparing for baby as well as when it comes to the information and tips they provide, a choice that you will be glad you made!
I am one of those moms that wish that I included more diapers on my baby registry. 🙂 I love Pampers, and have been using them between 2 daughters for 5 years. I wish I would have known about the Pampers registry. It would have really helped me a lot. I will pass along the info to my friends.
The checklist would be so helpful and useful for any new parent! Pampers is such a great brand always thinking about the needs of parents and babies!
My niece was so lucky with her baby shower regarding diapers. They got a lot of different sizes and were able to exchange sizes at walmart. They did not have to buy any diapers till my niece was 13 months old.
I wish I had a checklist like this when I was expecting my first baby!
The Pampers site is wonderful for expecting parents. I do wish we had that when I was expecting years ago. I did use plenty of diapers that is for sure and wish I had received them for gifts.
We are planning a baby shower not sure how yet for a special cousin. I am going to check out – Pampers Baby Shower Registry Checklist thanks for the information
