Fuller House: The Complete First Season

Like so many out there, I grew up watching the Full House series. It was one that my family and I would watch on our family nights, and one that my sister and would watch over and over again when the marathons would air. And like many who grew up watching that much adored series of Full House, I found myself and my family hooked on the new series, Fuller House! So when we were sent Fuller House: The Complete First Season to watch and share, we were excited to watch it during family movie night and add it to our collection of family favorites.

In this series, we get many from the original, where D.J. is back along with her sister Stephanie, and Kimmy. D.J. along with her sister and best friend are grown with families of their own, but unfortunately finds herself facing a similar situation like her dad did when she was growing up. Where she too is a widow, left to raise 3 boys on her own, and finds that with the help of her sister Stephanie and best friend Kimmy and her daughter, that together, they can create a great family environment for their kids to grow up in. We liked that just like the original, that having a sibling and a friend can help make all the difference when it comes to raising kids, and with the addition of Kimmy’s own daughter added to the group, they find themselves in interesting predicaments which can turn into comedic situations. Making the Fuller House: The Complete First Season boxed set a great choice to go with when seeking fun family shows to share on family movie nights!

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment provided me with a free copy of the DVD I reviewed in this Blog Post. The opinions I share are my own.
