When I was a little girl, I found that I liked watching certain shows, the ones that I waited to see every week, and like many kids at the time, Little House on the Prairie was on the top of my list. I enjoyed tuning in to watch the Ingalls family go through their day to day lives and teach us lessons along the way. I also found that when it came to the characters, that Laura Ingalls was one that I not only liked but that I could relate to since she was a girl my age. Along with my own love growing up with the show, Little House on the Prairie on television, my own kids have found a love for the series as well. After receiving our Laura Ingalls doll from The Queens Treasures, my daughter and I were excited to open her box and see the doll that was inside. I found that we were both very pleased to see that she had that true to character look. The Laura Ingalls 18″ Doll comes wearing a period nightgown and night cap, holding her favorite doll, along with a pillow and quilt. The hair is braided in two braids, which is the classic hairstyle that we see when we watch the television series. The facial features are also very recognizable and with the happy expression, you can get a feel for that kindhearted character that this doll depicts!
