Celebrate #WhatULuv with Luvs Ultra Leakguards with Nightlock Plus™

As we make the preparations for those holiday celebrations, we find that we like to ensure that we have the products on hand for not only the meals and parties but also for the home. Along with the home products, when it comes to those lists of what all to stock up on, I have learned that when you have a baby in the home that stocking up on those diapers is a necessity. So when I was given the chance to share my love and knowledge for the Luvs diapers with our friends, I was excited and ready to celebrate What U Luv with my friends and their little ones!

To get started with setting up our party on sharing What U Luv, I decided to add some juice and snacks to the mix of party decor that we were sent. The decor that we were given along with the snacks and drinks that I added, went with the color theme of the party, giving the room a fun Luvs inspired party!

Each of my guests was given a bag of goodies from the amazing people at Luvs. In each bag they not only got a pack of Luvs to use with their little ones, but also a fun sippy cup for the kids to enjoy as well. Once everyone had a chance to grab a snack and drink, we discussed all of the reasons why Luvs are a great choice for parents to go with and stock up on this coming holiday season. We talked about the Luvs Ultra Leakguards with Nightlock Plus™  features allowing baby to sleep and keeping linens dry, even when baby sleeps through the night. From there we went around to check out the fun activity stations that I set up, allowing the parents and their babies to bond and engage in activities that everyone enjoyed taking a part in! With each of the stations, I incorporated activities that are ones that babies are sure to love. I went with things that my own babies have enjoyed and that we find to be a lot of fun and easy to do.

With the stations, we set up a photo booth where we encouraged guests to use the fun blank signs that were there and write in what they love. The next station was a DIY baby rattle station, where we made rattles for parents and babies to play with. The rattles were simple to put together by using cardboard tubes, decorative tape, dried rice and beans, tin foil and ribbon. Parents covered one end with tin foil then wrapped the tubes with the tape, after the tubes were decorated, we put in a mix of rice and beans inside the tubes then added foil to the other end and sealed with more tape. After the tubes were completed, we added some Luvs colored ribbon to the tubes to add some of that color theme to the mix. We then let the babies shake and make lots of noise with the fun rattles that their parents made.

At the last station, we made some homemade playdough for babies to play with and explore with! I included extra printouts of the recipe as well for parents to take home with them so that they could make more of this easy to make playdough at home. We found that with the playdough station, that the little ones liked to squish the sticky mix in their hands as their parents began mixing the dough. The babies liked the different textures and getting dirty while we made the dough. Once the dough was completed and no longer giving us that sticky texture, it was ready for molding. The babies had a lot of fun using the cookie cutters I had out to make shapes and mold things over and over again with their parents and the parents found this activity to be one that is fun and simple to make at home.
