Celebrate the End of Summer with Peppa Pig

The summer is coming to an end and like so many little ones, my little guy and his friends are excited to start a new year at preschool this year. Along with prepping for the new school year, he and his friends like to share some of the adventures they have been on this summer, and to help them come together and share those stories we were given the chance to throw a Peppa Pig Party! This party included the new DVD, Sunny Vacation, the book Peppa’s School Day, and some fun Peppa Pig lunch bags, lunch boxes, notepads and some coloring tote books for my little guy and his friends to enjoy while they watch the DVD! With the lunch boxes, we were able to set up snacks for the kids to enjoy as we sat around and discussed our summer vacations.

The kids were also able to doodle in their notebooks and draw their favorite summer memories in them, then color in the coloring tote books that they each got as well.

Along with these items that each of the kids got at our Peppa Pig End Of Summer Party, they also got lunch bags that they can take to those first days of preschool this year. Then once everyone was done with their snacks, drawing, sharing their stories, and coloring, we read the book, Peppa’s School Day and followed by putting on the DVD, Sunny Vacation for the kids to enjoy.

In the DVD Sunny Vacation, you get 8 episodes that show Peppa and her family as they enjoy their summer vacation and head to far away places as they make summer memories. We found the movie to be a great one for sharing with the kids and we also found the party to be a great one to help us end this summer right!
