Finding new movies to share and watch with my family is something I enjoy doing. We look forward to our family movie nights so when we were sent the movie, Dolly Parton’s Coat of Many Colors on DVD to review, I was excited to share it with my family and review it for my readers!
This movie is not only a reflection of that song by Dolly Parton, Coat of Many Colors, but it is also produced by Dolly Parton and is a movie about the Parton family. The movie takes you back to Dolly Parton’s childhood and how her family filled with faith, love, and very little money, made her the amazing woman she has become.
You find young Dolly around the age of 9 and the making of that iconic coat of many colors that is a ragedy patchwork coat made from faith and love. We found this movie to be a great one for watching with the family and also made for a great movie to watch on family movie night!
