When we bring a new baby into this world, we as parents find that everything
is new. From those tiny toes to their little bellies, and with that we want to ensure that when we use products for covering those toes or filling their bellies, that they are safe and sensitive
to their bodies. As a parent, I have found that having babies, spit up can happen, and it can happen a lot, but I have also found that as a parent I can use products like the Enfamil
A.R.™, to help reduce the spit up and keep baby’s tummy happy! So when given the chance to write a sponsored post on the infant formula Enfamil A.R.™, and share my experience with it, I was excited
to see the difference and share with my readers.

With each of my babies, I found that they all have had issues with spit up, and when it came to understanding a little more of what the infant reflux is and what can cause it, I realized
that by simply changing the formula, we could see a
change. I found that there were ways to help reduce the infant spit up, by propping baby up, but I also found that by using products like the Enfamil A.R., we could see more of a reduction
than just the positioning alone.

When we started seeing a frequency
in the spit up, we found that it was due to baby’s
sensitive tummy and is considered
to be uncomplicated reflux. We learned that this is common in infants and that about two thirds of otherwise
healthy babies can have uncomplicated reflux which causes frequent spit up and irritability.

After learning a little more about the uncomplicated
reflux, we wanted to know more, on how to help reduce the spit up, and also help baby be more
comfortable. When looking into the recommendations by the American Academy of Pediatrics on
reflux management, we found that by simply making little
lifestyle changes can
make a big difference. These changes include burping baby more frequently, holding baby upright
after feedings, and also by using thickened feedings like Enfamil A.R.™.

In fact, when it comes to finding
a formula to give baby to help reduce spit up, Enfamil
A.R.™ is the #1 selling brand of formula for spit up. It is also clinically proven to reduce spit up by over 50% in infants with frequent spit-up, while still providing
the complete nutrition your baby needs to reach key milestones. Making Enfamil A.R. not only a great choice for our family when looking for a formula
to give to baby when looking at options to help reduce spit up, but also a product that I will recommend
to others as well who have babies who tend to spit up frequently!

So if your baby spits up a lot, and you are looking

talk to your pediatrician before pursing any potential options.
