With those ads for the holidays seen on television, on social networks and just about everywhere we go, I find that now is the time to start getting that holiday shopping done. For my house when it comes to going down the lists of who to shop for and what they want, one thing that my kids and even husband have all asked for is video games. Over the years we have enjoyed many different ones, but when I shop for games, I do like to find ones that the whole family can enjoy playing. So when we were sent the new Guitar Hero Live to review, I was very excited to check it out and share with my family!
When the first Guitar Hero came out, my eldest was just a toddler, so my husband and I found it to be a game that we enjoyed playing together along with friends when they would come over. We found that it made for a fun night of music and games as we gathered with friends and played the various challenges with the instruments that we had with our game. Well now that my kids are older and with the holidays upon us, I find that the new Guitar Hero Live is perfect for playing together and adding to our list of games to play together when we have everyone over for the holidays!
This new game takes the Guitar Hero platform to a whole new level with not only a new guitar with more controllers on it, but also with the experience of bringing the players to the stage, giving them a life like concert and playing experience! It does this because when it is your turn to play, you find that you are playing in front of real crowds who give you real reactions to your talent depending on skill level. You also get the worlds first ever playable music video network called GHTV, with 2 24 hour channels of songs that you can play.
I also found that with the new Guitar Hero Live game, we can get it to play it on a variety of platforms, from our gaming consoles to our mobile devices like our iOS devices! Bringing that much loved game of so many gaming fans, a whole new experience that is here just in time for gifting and giving this holiday season!
