Be Protected this Fall with Aflac

The Fall season is upon us, and aside from the hoodies, pumpkin everything, and cooler weather, we also have those Fall sports for the kids. In my house, we try to encourage our kids to find sports that they enjoy and when it comes to our kids, football seems to be the sport everyone can agree on. The thing is, when the kids are on the field training, just like other parents who have their kids on the team, we are aware that accidents can happen. They can occur during a practice or a game, or even when we are off the field and the kids are horsing around and playing. So as a parent, I know that when accidents happen, it is best to have insurance in place and best to look over our options during the Fall open enrollment season.

We have found that when it comes to selecting the plan that is right for our family during open enrollment, we need to find a plan that offers the benefits that not only give us the medical insurance we need, but also give us options if and when an accident happens, like what we can get from Aflac. In fact, when it comes to finding the policy that is right for myself and my family, I have found that there is a lot of research that needs to be done on mine and my husbands part when selecting the policy that is right for us.

The options that I have found that need to be considered during open enrollment are ones that many of us overlook when it comes to the voluntary insurance, like the Accident Insurance we can get when we go with Aflac. When it comes to those accidents that can happen at any given time, especially when you have kids who are daring and or are in sports, opting for a Accident Insurance is something that can really come in handy if the need comes about.

The reason for having Accident Insurance in place is because when accidents happen, the average cost in medical expenses alone is about $5,500, and with Accident Insurance, you can get everyday financial protection in the event of a covered accident. The benefits that are paid for include the x-rays, physical therapy, appliances and more. Making Accident Insurance along with other Voluntary Insurances that are available through Aflac, something that those with families with accident prone children, as well as adults who are athletes and adventure seekers, a great choice to add during this Fall’s Open Enrollment!
