Complete the Looks in Your Home with Rugs from Rugs USA

Moving to a new home can take a lot out of you, from the packing and actual moving, to finding a new place for all of your things can be quite tiring all in its own. For me, I have found this past month has gone by very quickly. I mean, those few days that we took to drive from Texas to Washington with the kids does seem like it was a long time ago, but the reality is, we have only been here for a little over a month. And in that time, we have slowly unpacked and put our new home together.

When it comes to making our new home feel like home, I like to go one room at a time. Hanging up pictures, finding pieces that will fit in with the furniture and pictures, then finding the rugs that help to bring the rooms together and feel more welcoming for everyone. And when it comes to the rugs I want to put in each room, I like to shop at places that offer a selection, allowing me to find that one rug that is just right for each room. So when I was given the chance to review a rug from Rugs USA, I was very excited to look over the selection and begin completing the rooms in my home.

Looking over the Rugs USA online store, I was pleasantly surprised to see the selection they had, then to see the amazing prices as well. I also found the Rugs USA Pinterest and Instagram photos that are available, helped me in making my selection, by giving me inspiration on how to bring the various rooms together in my house with the rugs they have on their site.

After getting an idea on the colors I wanted to go with, I was able to narrow down my search by then going through the selection in the color I was leaning towards. For my selection, I decided that I would find a rug to help bring our family room together. I liked that after looking over the various photo ideas on the Rugs USA social networks, I found that a blue rug would make for a great fit and would go great with the furniture in the room. Being that the room has big windows in the front as well as sunlight coming in on the other side of the room, I found that adding light and or bright colors would help to make the space a happy and welcoming space.

From there, I began to vision what each rug might look like in the room I had chosen to add a rug to, and after narrowing down my selection to just a few rugs, my family and I decided to put it to a vote. Once everyone had looked at the selection I came up with, we all agreed that the Homespun Moroccan Trellis Rug in the Blue Grey color, was going to be the rug that would make for a great piece in our family room. And when it arrived, we were all very pleasantly pleased on how right we were!

We found the blue grey color is a blue that gives a calming, welcoming feel to the room. In all, making the rug shopping experience from Rugs USA, one that was a very pleasant experience, and one that has helped with making our new home, home for us.
