July is not only a month to enjoy over the summer, but it is also National Ice Cream month, and on July 19th, it is National Ice Cream Day!! For myself and my family that means a day to enjoy the sweeter things in life. A day for barbecues and picnics, a day for us to head to the local ice cream parlor and enjoy the ice cream social, and a day where we can celebrate the staple of summer in a number of ways! And this year, to help us celebrate ice cream and make the best of the day when it comes to celebrating National Ice Cream Day, we were sent some of the Hand Dipped Summer Scooped Strawberries from Shari’s Berries!
When the strawberries arrived, the kids and I were pleasantly surprised to see that these strawberries were not only big berries, but they looked like a box of strawberries that reminded us all of summer and our favorite summer treat, ice cream!
Each berry is hand dipped, with just the right amount of chocolate and toppings. We also found that the berries were those big juicy berries, like the ones you seek out when you buy a box of strawberries, and we liked that with each bite, you not only got the delicious chocolate and toppings, but you also got a sweet juicy berry to enjoy!
Then when it comes to incorporating the Shari’s Berries into our National Ice Cream Day celebrations, we found that the Hand Dipped Summer Scoop Strawberries not only look and taste great all on their own, but when put on the top of a ice cream sundae in the place of a plain cherry, they help to make this years ice cream celebrations complete with a Shari’s Berries twist!
So this year, to help celebrate both National Ice Cream Month this July as well as National Ice Cream Day on Sunday July 19th, be sure to add some of the Shari’s Berries Hand Dipped Summer Scoop Strawberries into the mix, to make your celebrations ones to remember!
Product received, thank you to Shari’s Berries as well as the PR for supplying me with a product for this review, all opinions are my own.
Wow, these look so yummy and I always am looking for an excuse to eat more ice cream.
Those look delicious! The design looks fun and inviting. Way better than the usual chocolate-dipped kind. Sadly, we didn't have any ice cream today. It's too bad there aren't any ice cream trucks that deliver.
