Healthy Options for Cats with the Rachael Ray Nutrish Zero Grain Cat Food

In my home, we have our kids, then we have our brood of four legged babies. This group consists of our 3 dogs and our cat, Nala. Just like our kids, we want the best for our fur babies. So when it comes to feeding our fur babies, we like to give them the best foods that are out there for them. Recently we were given the chance to try the new Rachael Ray Nutrish Zero Grain Cat Food for our Nala and see what she thought.

When we took a first look at this new food, the first thing that stood out to me was the picture on the package, showing the whitefish and other ingredients that are used to make this cat food. I like that there is not any grain, glutens or fillers used in the recipe, and that the in the Zero Grain Whitefish, it is made with real white fish and no meat or poultry by-products are added. Another plus when it comes to the recipe that makes this Zero Grain Cat Food is that there are no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives added, making this cat food a healthy choice when it comes to feeding my fur baby.

Aside from the obvious when it comes to the recipe and the facts behind the recipe, I like that with the whitefish, my Nala gets a food that they not only find very tasty, but a protein that helps with maintaining strong muscles and also helps with minimizing any litter box odors.

With the Rachael Ray Nutrish Zero Grain products, I like that the main ingredient is the real meat that is used, and I like that the recipes are inspired by Rachael’s kitchen! Also, the Rachael Ray Nutrish Zero Grain Dry Cat Food is the first zero grain dry cat formula on the market and is the first premium brand that you can find at the local grocer and mass retailers like Walmart and Target.

When it comes to our cat and what she seems to think, well, Nala is not as picky as other cats I have had in the past, and when her package came in, she seemed to know it was for her and wanted to eat it right away. Since trying this new food, Nala has been very excited when it comes to ensuring her bowl is full at all times, and I like that when it comes to the odors from her litter box, we have noticed a difference in the amount of odor since it is not as strong as it had been in the past.

Another great aspect about the line from Rachael Ray Nutrish is that Rachael’s personal proceeds go to help shelter pets through Rachael’s Rescue. Which to date, over $9 million has gone to helping shelter animals, by helping provide food, medical supplies and any medical attention they might need. Making the Rachael Ray Nutrish Zero Grain Cat Food not only a great product that has those healthy features for cats, but also a great product that benefits the community as well! A few months ago they were doing free samples of this food. I was able to get one and my cats did like it quite a bit! 🙂
