Like many others out there, we have been anticipating the release of the movie, Maleficent to Blu-Ray and DVD, so we can watch it and share it on our next family movie night! We were sent a copy to review, and found the movie to be a great one to add to our collection of Disney movies!
In this movie, you find the story behind the wicked fairy, Maleficent, from the story of Sleeping Beauty. Maleficent may seem like a evil fairy, but her story is one that can change your mind and way of looking at the movie of Sleeping Beauty. We loved watching the movie on the big screen, and being able to watch it again, with the family in our home, made it for a great addition to our family movie night.
The story not only brings Maleficent to a whole new light when it comes to the story of Sleeping Beauty, but it also brings the kingdom and the lands that surround the kingdom that Aurora is from, into a whole new point of view. We enjoyed sharing this movie with the family, and you can too when you head out on November 4th, 2014, to get your own copy to bring home!
