In my house, as we prepare for the big week of cooking this next week, there will be a lot of baking going on. I find this time of year to be a lot of fun when it comes to being in the kitchen. From the baked goods that will be at the table as we give thanks, to the baked goods we give out and share with others to show our gratitude and appreciation towards. Well to help with this years baking for the holidays, we were sent some of the Viking Non Stick Ceramic Bakeware to review!
I can really appreciate that as I bake for family and friends using this bakeware, that it is eco-Friendly PFOA & PTFE free nonstick bakeware, and that it has water based ceramic coating, which helps to provide an advanced anti-adherence. The heavy gauge steel construction not only makes it so the bakeware is durable, but it also helps to promote superior heat transfer. Then when it comes to the handles, they are made of double sided silicone.
I like that as I use this bakeware from Viking, I can not only avoid contents sticking to the bakeware, but it is also scratch and stain resistant, making it so that this bakeware will not only come in handy this holiday season, but it will last and come in handy for many years to come!
