As we prepare for baby, there are so many things that we look for, from the gear that is needed so we can take care of baby once they are here, to all of the little details, that as a parent, help us to ensure that baby will have what they need and also be comfortable. One avenue that many of us look into when we prepare for a new baby is the traditions. There are many family traditions out there, and one that many families have, is the tradition of having handmade blankets and quilts on hand to greet the new baby with.
A quilt can represent many things, and for me, I see the patches that are sewn together, and placed so carefully in each quilt, not only provide warmth, but a sign of care and love. So having a quilt that is made to comfort and keep baby warm, is something I have looked for. Recently I found a quilt, one that not only is very soft, and very comfortable, which will be suitable for using when the new baby gets here, but also goes with the Bambi themed items we have been putting together for the new babies arrival!
I was sent the quilt from a new favorite Etsy shop called Gewaly Art to review! When the quilt arrived, I was very impressed by the size, which is great for using as baby grows. The material on the backing is a very soft and warm with a brown minky dimple dot material, and is very soft, like some of the other blankets we find as we search for blankets for baby. I also like that like the other quilts from the collection you can find at the Gewaly Art Etsy Shop, as the patches are placed so perfectly, and sewn together with love, making this quilt along with the other quilts from Gewaly Art Etsy Shop, a great selection to choose from when looking for a quilt as you prepare for baby!
Well, to help with preparing for your own little one, the wonderful people from the Etsy shop, Gewaly Art, would like to give one of my amazing readers their own quilt!
Product received, thank you to Gewaly Art for supplying me with a product for this review, all opinions are my own.
