Preparing for a new baby to join the family is something that everyone should be involved in. From mom and dad, and grandparents, to the older siblings. I have always found that including the older siblings in the preparations is something that is important, and helps the older kids get excited about welcoming a new baby to the family. There are many ways to get the older kids involved, like taking them to help with shopping for items and letting them pick out stuff like blankets and clothes, so they feel part of all of the preparations we put into getting ready for baby. Another thing that I have done, and that I find to make the older kids feel special is by getting them gifts as well. Gifts that are meant for the big sister and big brother, so they can feel special too and be included.
Recently I was sent a set of dolls, from Nenuco, that is the perfect gift to give to the soon to be big sister, when I was sent the Me and my Little Sister dolls! I find this set to not only be very adorable, but it also shows the very sweet, loving relationship that an older sister can have with a baby sister! I find the coordinating clothes that the big sister and baby sister have to be very adorable, and like the other dolls from the Nenuco collection, they help promote that precious imaginative play that I adore encouraging in my kids! Making this doll set a great set to give your own little one as a gift for a big sister as you and your family prepare for baby!
