When it comes to movies and watching shows on television, it is no secret that my kids adore The Disney Channel. I love that with the variety of shows and movies that we can watch on there, both of my older kids can find something they like. With Robert, he loves Disney Junior, then with Estrella, well she loves all of the shows for older kids, like Jessie and such, and they both love all of the great movies. So, you can guess that when we were sent the new Teen Beach Movie to review on DVD, Estrella was ecstatic. Aside from watching it when it aired on July 19th, she loves having her own copy on DVD to watch anytime she wants! We have also found this Disney movie to be a great addition to our family movie night. In this movie, you have the sweethearts, who are surfers and enjoy catching a wave together. As their summer nears a end, one has a secret to tell the other about going off to a boarding school. Before their time is to come to a end, the two decide to surf together one last time. Some large waves come along and sweep the two to a strange beach, one that is right in their favorite musical, “Wet Side Story”. They find themselves to now be a part of their favorite musical. This was a great movie to share with my daughter and with the rest of the family on our family movie night, and you can share it too by bringing home Teen Beach Movie today which also came with a great surfboard tag for Estrella to attach to her backpack!
This was not a paid post and honest/original opinions were used and they are my own. Thank you to the company and/or pr agency who supplied the product for review.

I don't think my oldest grandchildren have seen this yet but I know they'd love it. Sounds like a great movie!
West Side Story meets Grease in this new Disney movie. Fun for the family and a good summer beach movie. Sounds like a good family night of fun.Sherry Compton
