OZ The Great and Powerful on Blu-Ray

My family loves their family movie nights and we love to be able to add new movies to our list of favorites. Recently we were sent a movie that has made it to the top of our list of instant classics. We were sent the movie Oz The Great and Powerful on Blu-Ray to review. Now we have seen the movie The Wizard of Oz way too many times to count over the years, since I was a little girl, and it is a movie that my kids love, but something that we had never known all of these years, until now, was the story behind the oh so powerful Oz. I loved all of the details and how they went into the entire story. All of the questions that I have had over all of these years have been answered, like about the witches and how they were determined to be good and bad and how the different people from the different lands of Oz were to be. Also how The Wizard of Oz became the Oz the great and powerful wizard he became. It really did take me for a turn that I did not expect and since we watched it on our family movie night, Oz The Great and Powerful has been watched numerous times by my kids who are fascinated by it. This is one of those movies that I have no problem watching over and over again, because it really is an amazing movie, and with the Blu-Ray, you not only get the amazing picture quality and sound quality, but you also get some really great bonus features, which we always enjoy as well. So, if you have not already headed out to get your copy of Oz The Great And Powerful to bring home and share with your family yet, then I would suggest you do so now, because this is a movie that you are going to want to see!!
