I can not believe that it has been four weeks since I started this journey, but here I am, four weeks into this life changing journey! I am so excited to be here and to have made it to where I am at. I find it that everyday it is getting easier, but there are still challenges. The thing that keeps me on track is keeping in mind where I am going and where I have come from. Sure it has only been four weeks, but in four weeks I have lost 17 pounds!! I am down another 6 pounds this week!!! I got on the scale this morning and I was not expecting any big number, but 6, well that is big for me, and I was so excited to see that much of a loss on the scale this morning. I actually was in disbelief for a moment, so I got off then reset the scale and got back on, and the scale said the same number!!! I found that the routines that I have gotten in to help a whole lot, and keeping myself on track with the mental image I have for myself to be my motivator. I can picture myself of what I looked like a few years back, and I aim to get that back and then some. I aim to be the mom and the wife that my family deserves, and I can not wait to look back on this day next year and say, wow, look at how far I have come!! So, here is to month one down in the books and as I raise my glass of water I toast to many more great months of great weight loss to come!! Until next week my friends! 😉
