American Girl Doll Julie (Holiday Guide 2012)

Christmas is less than a month away, and like many little girls out there, my daughter is dreaming of what American Girl products she will be adding to her Christmas list this year. My daughter loves going online on the American Girl website and looking through all of the amazing dolls and accessories she can collect, and she loves to tell me which dolls and outfits she would like to have. This year she has some items from the American Girl line of products that she would like and on her list she has a couple of dolls that caught her eyes. One of the dolls that she likes is Julie. Julie is an award winning doll from the Historical Characters collection and is also on the list for this years Top Holiday Gifts from the American Girl collection! Julie is a girl who comes from San Francisco and lived in 1974! Like the other amazing girls from the historical collection, Julie has a very amazing and inspiring story of her own to share, which your daughter can learn about in the book that comes with the Julie doll. Julie also comes with some groovy two toned bell bottom jeans, braided belt, butterfly underwear and platform shoes, which all make her look like she just stepped out of the 1970’s!

I love that when my daughter gets her Julie doll this year from the American Girl doll collection, she will be able to continue to add to her doll, by adding the great outfits that look just as groovy as the outfit that Julie comes with. She can even get the Car Wash Set, and my daughter can play with Julie and have a pretend car wash where she can act like she is raising money to save the eagles, like many kids from the 70’s did, with the 1974 Volkswagen Super Beetle that is in the Car Wash Set. Julie is going to make for a great gift this year to give my daughter as will the other items that my daughter has found to be must haves off of this years Top Holiday Gifts from American Girl!!
