If you have preschoolers in your home and you watch Nick Jr, then you have probably watched Peppa Pig with your kids. I love this series of the English pig family. Peppa Pig has been a huge hit among the children of the UK and has now become a hit in homes across the US! Peppa Pig is a hit in our home, my son loves watching Peppa interact with her brother George, her mom and her dad. Peppa is a very energetic little girl pig who has so many questions and views the world just as any child would. True, she is girly and loves to dress up, but I find this little Piggy family to be very adorable with their daily dilemmas and British accents. This is a great show to share with kids due to the fact that this show is all about family, family values, friendship and lots of humor that you and your kids can appreciate together. I love that after watching the afternoon episodes of Peppa Pig, my son will go around singing the theme song and trying to snort like a pig, lol. Well, to make this adorable and fun show even better for families, Peppa Pig can be seen on the big screen this month with special screenings of “Muddy Puddles and Other Stories”. To find a screening near you, you can go to http://www.kidtoonfilms.com/theatrelocations2.html. Dont worry if there is not a theater near you, because you can watch Peppa Pig 7 days a week on Nick Jr on Monday-Friday at 12 and 12:30 pm, then on Saturday and Sunday at 2 and 2:30 pm. You and your kids can also enjoy going online together by playing games, watching episodes as well as much more over at PeppaPig.com!!! Also check out and follow Peppa Pig on Facebook!!
This was not a paid post. I was sent the materials for the review along with a gift pack of items from Child’s Play Communications. All opinions are my own.
This looks like a great show. I am always on the lookout for new shows, we only allow 1 hour of TV so we try to make it count. Thanks for sharing.
This sounds like such a cute show! We don't usually watch Nick Jr because of the commercials, but maybe we can find it On Demand. Or we can check out the site, which looks fun. Thanks for the information!
These characters look so adorable!
There's a competition over on http://www.p2games.co.uk at the moment where you can win a family ticket to Peppa Pig World. Thought you may be interested to know!
It's been quite awhile since I've watched a preschool film.
