Shoplet: Avery Binder and Accessories

I know that when it comes to all of the filing I do, on top of the filing cabinets that I have, I need ring binders that I can use on a regular basis as well. I get a ton a paperwork each week from the companies and groups that I work with and I like to keep everything filed and in order, so if I need to reference or take another look at something, I can easily access it. Recently I was sent some great products by Avery through Shoplet. The first item I was sent was the Avery EZD Heavy-Duty Reference View Binder. I love how easy it is to use. When I  go to open the binder, the rings open very easy. The rings are the One Touch EZD locking rings, and they keep the pages that I put on them secure. I love the Gap-free ring feature. It keeps the rings from gapping and from becoming misaligned, which is one thing I cant stand in a binder! Another pet peeve that I have with some binders is when I place papers in them and the ink comes off. Well the Avery EZD Heavy-Duty Reference View Binder has non-stick, archival safe material that prevents the ink and toner from lifting off of my printed pages. This is the perfect binder for me to use, it is perfect for storing press releases and such in and making sure they stay safe and are easy to access when I need them!!!

To go along with the Avery EZD Heavy-Duty Reference View Binder, I was given the Avery Custom Binder Spine Inserts. The binder labels are great for organizing my binders, that way I can find the paperwork I am looking for very easily. These binder spine inserts are compatible with my printer which makes putting the print on the inserts so easy. They are on perforated card stock so they are easy to tear apart with a easy clean separation, so you can put them in your binders spines!!

To make my needs for my new Avery EZD Heavy-Duty Reference View Binder complete, I was sent the Avery Note Tabs. With binders you have to have binder tabs to label the different sections you might have in your binder. These note tabs come in a package of 10. I love how durable and strong the paper is that they are made of. I also love how easy they are to write on, then once you have written on them they are easy to place. They are see through so they dont cover anything. I also love that the glue on them is strong enough to where they wont come off, but at the same time you can reposition them very easily with out damaging the papers you put them on!! In all when I am looking for office supplies, Shoplet is one of my favorite sites to go to!!!
