Celebrate the New Year with Alize

Celebrating the New Year is something that most of us do and in our own ways. This year we will be staying in, but all the same enjoying ourselves and celebrating, from the countdown to the toast to the New Year!! When we will be toasting the New Year, we will be toasting with some Alize!! Thanks to the wonderful people from Alize, my husband and our friends will be enjoying our at home New Years party with some Alize and we will be using some of the amazing recipes Alize sent over for us to try! Even though I cant toast this year, I know how good Alize is and I know that everyone will enjoy some for me!!! While you are celebrating the New Year, dont forget the Alize in your festivities, also stay safe and drink responsibly!!

Peppermint Kiss

1oz Alizé Red Passion

1oz Apple Juice

1/3oz Lemon Juice

1/3oz Sugar Syrup

2/3oz Vikingfjord Vodka

Method :

Shake and strain into a martini glass

Taste :

Light and zesty, refreshingly crisp apple with underlying notes of peach, passion fruit and cranberries

Sparkling Decadence

1oz Alizé Red Passion

2/3oz Peach Puree

1/3oz Lemon Juice

1/3oz Sugar Syrup

2oz Caposaldo Prosecco

Garnish:

Lemon twist

Method:

Build in a champagne flute and stir

Taste:

Candid peach and cranberry with hints of citrus wrapped in the bubbles of Prosecco

Naughty or Spice

1oz Alizé Gold Passion

1 Small Slice Fresh Ginger

1/2oz Lemon Juice

1oz Pineapple Juice

1/4oz Sugar Syrup

Method:

In the base of a cocktail glass muddle ginger. Add all remaining ingredients. Shake and strain into a martini glass.

Color:

Bright  golden yellow

Taste:

Fresh and zesty passion fruit with a spicy lick of ginger wrapped in a soft sweet shell of creamy pineapple juice.

Berry Merry Shortcake

1oz Alizé Red Passion

2 Strawberries

1/3oz Lemon Juice

4/3oz Apple Juice

2/3oz Vikingfjord Vodka

Splash of Simple Syrup

2/3oz Lemonade

Garnish:

Lemon Twist

Method:

In the base of a cocktail glass muddle strawberries. Add all remaining ingredients. Shake and strain into a rocks glass.

Color:

Orange-pink-red

Taste:

Fresh strawberry and candid cranberries with a zesty citrus finish.
